Competent Experts at Your Service – A competent, trained, dependable staff of experts look after and worry about your plumbing fixtures and its performance. We work with you to schedule your service calls when convenient.

Preferred Treatment – Our STAR Program increases your plumbing reliability, but should you need emergency service, our Program entitles you to preferential treatment.

STAR Rates – During the effective dates you will pay the special VALUE STAR RATE as opposed to the Standard Rate. This applies to Parts, Labor and Service Calls.

Extended Warranty – You will automatically receive an extended warranty on parts and labor at no additional charge! Warranty will be for one year from date of install. It will cover defects in material and workmanship. (Not normal wear and tear.)

Unlimited Service Calls – Use your STAR service program as often as needed with unlimited service calls during the effective dates.

Price Protection – Your STAR Program Agreement price cannot be raised during the effective dates. Prices will not be raised for the following renewal periods without first notifying you. WE CHARGE BY THE JOB, NOT BY THE HOUR, SO YOU SAVE MONEY!
